Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data WebKoding collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Last updated: August 27, 2026

  1. Who we are

WebKoding is an enterprise software firm based in Turkey. For questions about this policy or the data we hold, write to [email protected].

  2. What we collect

Only what you send us. If you submit a project brief, we receive your name, company, work email, the scope, budget and timeline you selected, and the description you wrote. We also use Google Analytics to understand which pages are viewed; analytics cookies are set only if you accept them, and measurement is otherwise cookieless and anonymous. Our Google Ads account is linked to that analytics property, so if you accept cookies a remarketing signal is sent to Google and you may later see our ads on other sites. Decline, or make no choice, and no advertising identifier is written. We build no profiles of you ourselves.

  3. Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, evaluate whether we are the right firm for the work, and keep a record of the commercial conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and the steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

  4. Who can see it

Your brief is delivered by email to WebKoding and read only by the people evaluating it. Our processors are Resend for email delivery, Hetzner (Germany) for hosting, Cloudflare for delivery, and Google Analytics and Google Ads for measurement and remarketing. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, and your brief is not added to a mailing list.

  5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can pick up a paused discussion. Ask us to erase it sooner and we will.

  6. Your rights

Under GDPR and KVKK you may request access to your data, correction of it, erasure, restriction of processing, or a copy in portable form, and you may object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

  7. Cookies

There are three kinds. The one strictly necessary cookie remembers your language preference. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner; decline, or make no choice, and analytics runs in cookieless mode with no identifier written to your browser. You can reverse your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. Advertising cookies follow the same rule: they are set only if you accept, they let Google show you our ads on other sites, and nothing is written to your browser if you decline.

  8. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the revised policy applies.
